Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Teaching certification or license
- Previous experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and principles
- Experience with the IB Curriculum is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and adapt to students' diverse learning styles
- Passion for teaching and supporting students' academic growth

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Secondary Chemistry Teacher with experience in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching chemistry and helping students understand complex scientific concepts within the IB framework. There is a possibility of a Head of Department Opportunity for the right candidate

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the IB curriculum guidelines
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to help IB students grasp key chemistry principles
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects in alignment with the IB standards
- Provide guidance and support to IB students to help them excel in their chemistry studies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall IB learning experience for students
