Job Description
The Reprographics Officer is responsible for managing the school’s reprographics area efficiently, ensuring all printing, copying, laminating, and resource requests are completed accurately and delivered on time to staff and students.
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining reprographics equipment, monitoring stock levels, preparing internal and examination materials, producing ID and access cards, and ensuring the reprographics area remains organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
The role also supports wider administrative functions, including daily operational checks, and coordination with IT and maintenance teams when required.

Person Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, supplemented by a relevant computer certificate program.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in computer systems support.
Competences: Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service skills are required.
