Summary:
We are seeking passionate Primary & Early Years Learning Assistants to join our team in August 2026. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and creating a positive learning environment for primary and early years students.
Job Responsibility:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and activities for primary and early years students.
- Provide assistance to individual students or small groups who require additional support.
- Aid students with classwork, homework assignments, and projects.
- Supervise students during various activities and ensure their safety.
- Assist in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and school staff on student progress.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification in Education such as Cache Level 3 or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with primary or early years students is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices.
- Ability to cater to individual student needs and facilitate their learning effectively.

Knowledge of child development and early childhood education
