Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Middle School - MYP Programme to lead our educational team starting in August 2026. The ideal candidate will oversee the Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum, manage staff, and ensure the academic success and well-being of students.

Job Responsibility:
1. Lead and manage the Middle School team, including teachers and support staff.
2. Develop and implement the MYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and school goals.
3. Monitor student progress, academic performance, and well-being, intervening when necessary to support their development.
4. Collaborate with other educational leaders to create a positive and effective learning environment.
5. Engage with parents, discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and fostering a strong school community.
6. Stay updated on educational trends, best practices, and curriculum developments to enhance the MYP Programme.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably with experience in the MYP Programme.
3. Strong understanding of curriculum development, educational standards, and student assessment practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
5. Leadership qualities including decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
6. Certification in Educational Leadership or relevant field is a plus.
