Jumeira Baccalaureate School is seeking an experienced Admissions Assistant to work closely with the Admissions Manager in delivering a professional admissions service to families in the UAE and overseas. The role includes handling enquiries, arranging appointments, supporting interviews and assessments, and providing efficient administrative support.

This is a busy, collaborative position requiring excellent organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to multitask. The post-holder will be trained to cover the Admissions Manager when required.

Key Relationships (Internal & External): Senior Leadership Team, School Marketing and Admissions and other departments as required, school regulatory body and other external bodies or outside agencies as required.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service Sales ideally in a service provider industry. Experience of the Education sector preferred but not essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to build effective customer relationships and close enrolments.
• Confident interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and manage peak demand.
• Computer literate with strong Excel Skills and confidence using social media platforms.
• Written and spoken Arabic/French desirable.
