Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. Teaching certification or license.
3. Prior experience teaching economics at the secondary level.
4. Strong understanding of economics principles and theories.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students towards academic excellence.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

1. In-depth knowledge of the IB DP Economics syllabus
2. Experience in guiding students through the Extended Essay component of the IB DP
3. Familiarity with the IB assessment criteria and grading system
4. Ability to facilitate discussions on global economic issues and theories within the IB framework
5. Track record of helping students achieve strong results in IB Economics examinations
6. Proficiency in supporting students with the development of critical thinking and analytical skills required for the IB DP
7. Collaboration with IB coordinators and colleagues to ensure alignment with the IB philosophy and standards
