Job Purpose:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Secondary and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Secondary School. Act as a professional first point of contact for parents, staff, students, and visitors, handling enquiries efficiently and confidentially. Responsibilities include managing attendance and student records, coordinating communication with parents, preparing reports and daily briefings, supporting school events, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with emergency procedures and general school administration. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced school environment.

Education:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good general level of education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or PA role
- Experience in a school or fast-paced environment is advantageous
Competencies:
