Harrow International School is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join in September 2026.
As part of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in building a vibrant and inclusive community where the learning of every individual is at the heart of daily life. As the Marketing and Communications Executive, you will be the driving force behind Harrow's brand presence and enrollment growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase the distinctive Harrow educational experience to our community and prospective families.
Key Accountabilities:
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of marketing and communications activities, that reflects the values and standards of a Harrow education: academic excellence, character development, and global citizenship.
- Management of the school's social media channels and internal and external communication.
- The mission to promote, showcase and market the school to both external and internal stakeholders – primarily parents, prospective parents, press and social media outlets.
- The task to develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school and the wider Taaleem group through a range of marketing, communication and social media tactics to ensure the school meets its recruitment, reputation and retention targets.
- The responsibility to execute Harrow International School's Marketing strategy and support the creation of a school-specific Marketing strategy, working closely alongside the Taaleem Central Office Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Collaborate with the Central Office Marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive school marketing strategy aligned with Harrow's educational philosophy and enrollment objectives
- Execute Harrow International School's Marketing strategy and support the creation of a school-specific Marketing strategy that reflects the values and standards of a Harrow education
- Manage the school's marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact for investment
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance the school's competitive position
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Digital Marketing and Brand Management
- Lead the school's digital presence, including website management and content strategy
- Manage all school social media channels to develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Implement SEO and digital advertising strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, upholding Harrow's prestigious image
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance
Content Creation and Communication
- Create compelling content that authentically communicates Harrow's unique educational approach
- Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow to all stakeholders
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials including videos, brochures, newsletters, and digital assets
- Promote, showcase and market the school to parents, prospective parents, press and social media outlets
- Cultivate media relationships and secure positive press coverage
- Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Admissions and Event Support (Reorganized section)
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to create impactful recruitment materials and experiences
- Plan and execute engaging open days, tours, and information sessions that showcase the school's distinctive offerings
- Support parent engagement initiatives to foster community and retention
- Identify and participate in external events that offer recruitment or brand-building opportunities
- Support efforts to ensure the school meets its recruitment, reputation and retention targets

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Strong portfolio showing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
Preferred
- Experience in education marketing, particularly in premium international or boarding schools
- Understanding of the UAE/GCC education landscape
- Knowledge of Harrow's heritage and educational philosophy
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
