Summary:
The Learning Assistant will support the educational and personal development of students by providing assistance to teachers in implementing learning strategies and activities.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist teachers in creating lesson plans and educational materials.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help with their studies.
- Assist in monitoring student progress and development.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support teachers in organizing educational events, workshops, and field trips.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices.
