Job Purpose 

To assist IT and Reprographic Officers in an efficient and organised manner helping to ensure IT systems and infrastructure are operational. Additionally, the candidate will assist with reprographics requests and management of the reprographics store.

Key Accountabilities  

Reprographics

• Support with copying, printing and laminating and other tasks on a daily basis 
• Assist Reprographics Officer with monitoring stock levels and reordering 
• Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure all clean and in good working order. 
• Help with ensuring the reprographics area in an organised in and efficient manner. 
• Any additional related duties that may be reasonably required by your Line Manager

IT

• Asssit with managing IT Equipment such as but not limited to laptop trollies, projectors, desktop computers CT
• Support with printer management – replacing toners etc.
• Set up and removal of IT and AV equipment (assemblies, presentations, training etc.)
• Assist with updating and managing staff and student devices
• Where appropriate deal with basic hardware/software isses
• Support Examinations Officers during exam periods in regards to hardware/device support
• Any additional related duties that may be reasonably required by your Line Manager

Person Specifications 

Education

Minimum high school diploma

Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in similar role
• Training and experience in IT hardware/software sills
• Experience working in Reprographics

Competences:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing excellent customer service skills are required.
