Facilities Manager - July 2026 start

Summary:
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance, security, and functionality of our facilities. You will ensure that our buildings are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Oversee facility security measures and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Supervise facility staff and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Certification in Facility Management or related field is a plus
