Job Purpose:
The Admissions Manager is responsible for achieving enrollment targets by leading and motivating the admissions team to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective families. The role involves overseeing student recruitment and enrollment processes, ensuring smooth communication with families, and maintaining compliance with regulatory registration requirements. Additionally, the Admissions Manager ensures all student records and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained after enrollment

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience: Previous experience in Admissions is preferred but not essential, otherwise 3+ years of sales, marketing or customer service experience in a related service delivery industry.
Competencies:
- Highly organized with strong customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of the school and curriculum offerings.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and related software.
