Job Purpose
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient and organized document management system to ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of school records and documentation. The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting compliance, streamlining workflows, enabling effective communication across departments, and providing front-desk support.
Key Accountabilities
1. Administrative Systems Management

Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative processes.

Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of school operations.
2. Document Control
-
Organize, manage, and securely maintain school records and files.

Ensure all documentation complies with data protection and school policies.
3. Digital Systems Utilization
-
Use Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools to manage data, produce reports, and facilitate efficient communication.

Support the transition to and maintenance of digital filing systems.
4. Front of House / Reception Duties
-
Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Handle all queries with professionalism, confidentiality, and care, ensuring a welcoming environment.
5. Supportive Engagement

Provide responsive and proactive administrative support across school departments.

Demonstrate kindness, respect, and alignment with the school’s values in all interactions.

Person Specification:
Education: Degree in Business Management or Commerce or similar.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
High level of proficiency in English.
Expertise in setting up and managing efficient administrative systems.
Strong command of digital systems including Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
