Safeguarding Statement

Job Purpose:
The Assistant works closely with the Executive Assistant to provide a full range of support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school. The Assistant acts to provide a high level of administrative support and service.
Key Relationships (Internal and External):
All school departments, parents, external agencies
Key Accountabilities:
Provide morning reception coverage, greeting students, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Offer day-to-day administrative supportto the Executive Assistant and PAs of different departments, assisting with tasks as needed.
Monitor the booking schedule and coordinate with the cleaning department to ensure meeting rooms and spaces are well-maintained and ready for use.
Oversee and support the coordination of school-wide events, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with the Executive Assistant on end-of-year celebrations and other staff events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails from parents, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions with the school community, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist the communications department as required, supporting various tasks and initiatives to enhance school communications.
Attend Arabic-speaking meetings to support the Principal with translation, ensuring accurate and seamless communication between all parties.
